Hermina Lathe has spent more than 25 years in the beauty industry as an esthetician and educator. A self-proclaimed risk taker, it wasn't long before she opened a salon performing all facets of professional beauty therapy and esthetics including promotions and sales of Yon-Ka Paris and M.D. Formulations.

Michelle became a licensed esthetician and developed her skills under the advice of her mother in the family-owned salon, La Mouche - the Beauty Spot was an education in itself. For 15 years, Michelle has innovatively combined both training and expertise to offer her clients the best in skin therapies and products.
